Jim has been involved in the financial services industry for almost 20 years. He's a native of Columbus, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Jim believes that financial success is not an accident but a result of sound planning. He is a firm believer in investment fundamentals and asset allocation - following the philosophy of not "putting all your eggs in one basket."

Jim maintains a strong personal commitment to maximizing his clients' wealth and he receives tremendous gratification from seeing them realize their dreams. Jim's unique perspective and conservative approach to business enable his clients to feel more confident and comfortable in a sometimes confusing and difficult investment environment.

When he's not at Equitable Wealth Management, Jim is active in volunteer activities and his local church. He's also an avid fisherman and a self-described "poor golfer."

Since entering the financial services field in 1987, Jack Engdahl has been committed to providing sound financial advice and quality customer service. After graduation from Kearney State College, Jack taught math and coached for four years.

Becoming a financial planner was a natural extension of his teaching days. Jack continues to educate, motivate and shape futures at Equitable Wealth Management. With his unique background, Jack shares a sincere desire to teach clients of all ages and financial status about the importance of retirement and financial planning.

Jack combines professional dedication and personal commitment to offer each client a creative financial plan. He is particularly adept at helping his clients deal with estate planning issues so their assets can be passed to the next generation in the most tax-efficient manner.

Jack has lived in the North Platte community all of his life and has served on many community boards and organizations. He has always been eager to contribute his time and efforts to give back to his community.

Tom is an Investment Advisor Representative of SII Investments, Inc. His FINRA Registrations include Series 7, 24 and 65, as well as life and health insurance licenses.

A native of Fullerton, Nebraska, Tom is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He and his wife, Becky, have two sons.
