DirectTeller Telephone Banking
Using DirectTeller is as easy as dialing your telephone.
- Dial 1-308-381-6700* on your touch-tone phone.
- Follow the DirectTeller instructions. You'll need to enter:
- Your account number (the last ten digits for checking, line of credit, savings and certificates; for mortgage and consumer loans use the DirectTeller account number shown on your statement.)
- Password (Your pre-set password will be the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number but you may change that password using the DirectTeller menu options.)
- Select your option. Once you've gained access, you may select from any of the DirectTeller account options, including account inquiries and funds transfer.
