|Debit Card||There will be no impact to your current debit card. Please continue to use your card as you normally do.|
|Checks||There will be no impact to your current checks. Please continue to use your checks as you normally do.|
|Online Banking||During the upgrade, our Personal Online Banking systems will be unavailable February 15-February 18. Business Online Banking including ACH and Wires will be unavailable beginning February 13th at 4:00pm. Our new Personal Online Banking and Business Online Banking systems will be introduced on Tuesday, February 19. The first time you login in to the new system on or after February 19, you will log in with your current User ID and a temporary password which is the last 4 digits of your social security number or the last 4 digits of your Company TIN for business users. All Online Banking users will then be required to establish a new password. *You will need to access Online Banking BEFORE downloading the new app. The user name and password you establish for online banking will also be the user name and password you’ll use when logging in to the new app.|
|Online Bill Pay||During the upgrade, the ability to pay bills online will be unavailable from 1:00 p.m. February 13th through February 19th. If you need to schedule any bill payments during this period, please do so before February 13th. All payments scheduled prior to February 13th on the current system will continue without interruption. Payees and all bill payment information will transfer to the new system. However, we do ask that you verify the payee information the first time you pay a bill. Also, please review any account transfers and eBills on the new system. Please note: Scheduled electronic payments will now debit your account the business day prior to the due date.|
|Mobile Banking App||E Banking (the mobile banking app) will be unavailable February 15-February 18. We will launch our new mobile banking platform on Tuesday, February 19. Our new Equitable E Banking app will be available for download by visiting the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once you’ve logged in to Online Banking to establish your credentials, you will then need to download our E Banking app. After you’ve downloaded our new E Banking app on or after February 19, 2019, you’ll be able to access your accounts again using your current Online Banking User ID and new password. Remember to delete your old E Banking app. Visit us online for more information. *Remember you will need to access Online Banking before using the new app.|
|Online Statements||If you would will need to access any of your past e-Statements, please download or print them prior to February 14. e-Statements prior to February 14 will NOT be available. You can contact the bank at any time, and we will be happy to provide copies of check images and statements.|
|Checking and Savings Statements||To ensure you receive all of your transaction detail, you may receive two statements in February. In addition to your regular February statement, you will receive an additional statement printed and mailed to you on February 15. Depending on the timing of your previous statement, your February 15 statement may only reflect a few days of transactions. If your account is interest bearing, you will be paid your interest. However, no service charges will be assessed on your February 15 statement.|
|Telephone Banking||Our current Telephone Banking system will be unavailable February 15-February 18. Our new Telephone Banking system will be introduced on Tuesday, February 19. You may access Telephone Banking from a phone number on record with the bank. Just call 855.378.9378 (855-EQU-X-EQU) to access the new system on or after February 19. Upon dialing in for the first time, just follow the system prompts to establish your PIN and access your accounts.|
