Sherri O'Callaghan
Sherri is currently on a Mortgage Advisory Board for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka. She is an affiliate member of the Board of Realtors and the Homebuilders Association. Sherri served on the board of directors for Big Brother Big Sisters, was a member of the Grand Island Area Chamber of Commerce Business and Education Committee and is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow.
Sherri and her husband, Jeff, have 3 sons, and 4 grandkids. They enjoy traveling and Husker football.
Andy Gdowski

Andy joined Equitable Bank in 2016 and brings a diverse skill set to the retail and commercial sides of the bank. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln he began his career managing a merchant service business with clients all throughout the state of Nebraska. Andy was raised in Grand Island and is passionate about serving the Grand Island community. Andy has served for 3 years on the Grand Island Railside BID Board, is a current member of the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group and serves on the GIPS Business and Commercial Advisory Board. Andy and his wife Abbie have one daughter, and they enjoy summer days at the lake, cheering on the Huskers, and traveling when possible.
Jennifer Iles
Jennifer brings over 20 years of valuable experience in finance, legal, and customer service. She has been employed with Equitable since 2015, serving as a Loan Processor as well as an Internal Audit Assistant. In her role as Branch Manager, she supervises and manages both Grand Island branches while overseeing financial reporting, training of staff, and growing branch revenue. Most importantly she assists customers and ensures the continuation of excellent customer service. She is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She volunteers for Junior Achievement, serves as a Responsible Living Support Group Guide and is also Director of the Temple and Family History Center at the LDS church. She and her husband have three children and five grandchildren and reside in Grand Island.
