Andy joined Equitable Bank in 2016 and brings a diverse skill set to the retail and commercial sides of the bank. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln he began his career managing a merchant service business with clients all throughout the state of Nebraska. Andy was raised in Grand Island and is passionate about serving the Grand Island community. Andy has served for 3 years on the Grand Island Railside BID Board, is a current member of the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group and serves on the GIPS Business and Commercial Advisory Board. Andy and his wife Abbie have one daughter, and they enjoy summer days at the lake, cheering on the Huskers, and traveling when possible.

Jennifer brings over three decades of expertise in finance, legal operations, and customer service. Since joining Equitable in 2015, she has held key roles including Loan Processor and Internal Audit Assistant. Currently serving as Branch Manager, Jennifer oversees all Grand Island locations, where she leads financial reporting, staff training, and revenue growth initiatives. Above all, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients with care and professionalism.

A graduate of Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Jennifer is also deeply involved in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending summer days at the lake, exploring her family history, and traveling in search of the perfect BBQ. Jennifer is a proud mother of three and grandmother to eight.
